The Helmer's invited us to their house just before Christmas for a fun get together. To refresh your memory, the Helmer's are from the states and they currently live in the city near Manly. We don't get to hang out with them very often so it was fun to get together with them. They also had the Picketts and Wixoms over as well {all from the states}. It was a great party.

They planned lots of fun games for the kids, crafts and white elephant exchange.
This game was fun. You had to stand behind the line and try to get as many of the marshmallows in the cup as you could in one minute. Not to brag or anything...ok, I am going to brag...hahaha, I won the adult competition with 8 marshmallows in the cup. I attribute it to all the hours I spent shooting basketball into a hoop. :)
This game was hilarious. They had to get the cotton ball onto their nose using no hands and their nose had Vaseline on it.

hmmm...the excitement of the white elephant game.
After the games the adults chatted outside and ate great food while the kiddos watched a movie inside. It was such a fun night and perfect weather.
