A Tim Tam Slam! Pure heaven!!

We were introduced to Tim Tams when Jared went to Sydney back in October to scope things out. He brought back an assortment of Tim Tams and we decided that the double coat is our fav. It wasn't until we moved to Australia that we were introduced to the Tim Tam Slam. What you do is this...
1. make some delicious hot chocolate
2. get your fav kind of tim tam (it works best with the original or double coated)
3. bite off each corner of your tim tam
4. place tim tam into the hot chocolate holding onto it and start sucking up the hot chocolate using the tim tam as a straw
5. As soon as you can get hot chocolate through the tim tam, the tim tam should be starting to melt.
6. Quickly slam the tim tam into your mouth & enjoy the creaminess and the loveliness. IT IS SOOOO GOOD!!!

As soon as the hot chocolate completely soaks the tim tam, it's go time, otherwise it melts in your hands.

I carefully bit off each corner so that the hot chocolate could flow easily through the tim tam. Ahh, hmmm, hmmm good! So if you come to visit us, you can bet your bottom dollar that we will be having tim tam slam nights...and afternoons, and maybe mornings :). You will fall in love, guaranteed.
